We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our meat processing and warehouse team. These roles are hands-on and require good physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations in the processing room (cutting, packing, cleaning, and handling meat products).
  • Operate safely in a cool environment while following hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets and timelines.
  • For warehouse role: pick, pack, and move stock; load/unload deliveries; maintain accurate inventory.
  • Keep work areas clean and follow health & safety procedures at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks and lifting.
  • Comfortable working in a meat processing factory and/or cold storage environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Commitment of at least 6 months (through Jan 2026).
  • Must be in NSW and available to start immediately.

Available Roles:

Processing Room – Morning Shift

  • $31–$38/hr (including tax) + super
  • Monday–Saturday, 4:00 am – 12:30 pm
  • Minimum 5 days required (40+ hrs/wk available)

Processing Room – Afternoon Shift

  • $30.80–$35/hr (including tax) + super
  • Monday–Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Minimum 3 days required (students welcome)

Warehouse Stockman

  • Casual role
  • Monday–Saturday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm
