Daimler Trucks Milperra are seeking an efficient and proactive Parts Administrator to join our team

As the backbone of our Parts department, you will be responsible for providing administration support to enable the smooth running of our daily operations. Your role will involve receipting parts orders, processing third party invoices, ensuring stock orders are placed daily, managing freight pick-slips and supporting inventory management processes.

About The Role:

• Processing parts returns, claim credits and core credits
• Placing and monitoring daily orders stock supply and monitoring core register
• Receipting and allocating parts
• Following up on stock backorders, rejections and cancellations
• Ad hoc reporting and data entry
