**THE ROLE**:
DKO seeks an Architectural Graduate to join our Surry Hills studio, the role is Sydney based.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Working as a CAD operator/modeller
- Carrying out sketch design work
- Carrying out Site Analysis and Site Context Analysis
- Liaising with and coordinating the various requirements and activities of Clients, Consultants, local Councils, and authorities
- Relating designs to relevant codes, BCA, and local council requirements
- Adhering to DKO QMS systems and standards

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**:

- An AACA accredited Master of Architecture, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years’ experience post-graduation.
- Work collaboratively to craft imaginative and robust architectural designs.
- Play a role in shaping and enhancing architectural concepts, guaranteeing alignment with the client brief and the project’s aims and objectives.
- Engage in design dialogues, provide innovative perspectives, and actively partake in research and development initiatives.
- High level of design, graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strongl attention to detail and strong technical abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage client expectations.
- A sound understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
- A sound understanding of NSW planning framework.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Connecting with Country engagement and co-design an advantage.
- Experience in ArchiCAD preferred, additional 3D CAD programs beneficial.Leverage your software skills to construct precise and comprehensive design models and documentation.
