**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an amazing opportunity for an analytical and enthusiastic to join our Merchandise team in the role of Allocator.

Reporting directly to one of our senior planners, this role will work closely with key departments to ensure accurate allocation of stock to stores with a focus on maximising sales, improving stock flow and trend analysis.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...**
- Allocation of stock to stores in line with department plans and business strategy
- Liaising with key external and internal stakeholders and leading the allocation team to ensure all deadlines are met
- Assist Planner with in-season management of the department to achieve sales, profit, and stock budgets
- Analyse product sales, inventory performance, and communicate areas of risks and opportunities to Planner
- Flow line forecasting and management
- Maintain delivery schedules to drive intake and allocation decisions
- Ensure system integrity and information management for accurate reporting and analysis
- Ensure models are set and maintained to assure that stock levels maximise product sell through

**OUR NEXT ALLOCATOR**
- Proven experience as an Allocator with 1+ years’ experience in a similar role and a passion for analysing data and driving allocation decisions to maximise profit
- Passionate about retail, financial tertiary qualification, desirable, not essential.
- Proactive approach to strategic thinking and problem solving
- Excellent Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong financial and numerical skills with the ability to interpret and act on trends
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite and Outlook
