**Responsibilities**
- Able to develop and have approved SolidWorks CAD drawings, 3D models and technical simulation model developments for TIC new and existing projects
- Produce AutoCAD compatible 2D drawings to suit project requirements
- Carry out stress analyses of piping, pipe support, equipment and steel structures (with SolidWorks software).
- Prepare heat transfer analyses / simulations and fluid flow analyses / simulations (utilising SolidWorks software).
- Assist in preparing technical data sheets, invitation to tender documents, bid evaluation and recommendation for purchase (including checking vendor drawings and prepare comments).
- Utilise design standards and collect / collate required information to enable the completion of drafting work and design work which is compatible with the requirements of client contracts, regulations and accepted industry best practice.
- Assist with site services planning and logistics for plant & equipment to support installation, commissioning & maintenance projects
- Participate and contribute to Customer meetings in areas of developing knowledge and experience.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3 - 5 years in the Power Generation or Process industry or Oil &Gas industry (or similar)
- Experience navigating mechanical design standards.
- Experience working with external and internal service providers and contractors to obtain required information to complete drafting / design work.
- Min 2 years of SolidWorks CAD experience (including drafting & stress, heat transfer, fluid flow analyses simulations)
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance systems and processes
- Motivated, proactive and ability to work hard under supervision and independently as required
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-discipline project teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
