**Ventia**, in partnership with **Homes NSW** are seeking multiple **Maintenance Supervisors** to join our team in Western Sydney. You will be responsible for inspecting properties across Western Sydney to ensure maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Inspect vacant and tenanted buildings and coordinate trade contractors/subcontractors to perform maintenance works that are required to be completed in a compliant and timely manner.
- Communicate with staff and subcontractors to ensure that they are kept informed of any issues relating to contract performance and compliance.
- Ensure that work site instructions are followed including Risk Assessments, Job Analysis, Hazard Identification, and In Process Inspections.
- Identify defective works and non-conforming work practices so that timely and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Contribute to the ongoing training of operations staff & subcontractors through participation in toolbox meetings, workshops and other related activities.

**About you**
- A completed trade qualification.
- Relevant experience in building, construction site management or quality inspection.
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- Sound computer skills.
