**About the Opportunity**

Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
- Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Commitment to work permanent shifts with flexibility to pick up additional hours
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members

**The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination and may be required to complete a NDIS check.**
