Store Manager | Ripe Highpoint

About the position

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate Retail Store Manager to support oHighpoint. You will motivate, coach and lead the dedicated and valued store team. Your focus will be to deliver an amazing experience styling gorgeous Ripe mums in a beautifully merchandised store.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure the team upholds Ripe's outstanding customer service expectations
- Drive the sales results of the team
- Build strong relationships with our customers and lead our VIP program
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
- Effectively manage store rosters to budgeted hours
- Management of stock deliveries and store merchandising

We are looking for someone special that has:

- Prior experience as a Store Manager, upervisor or leadership position within the retail fashion sector
- Proven ability to chase and achieve KPI targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
- An appreciation of fashion and visual merchandising
- A sense of humour and fun
