**The role**
We are seeking an
**Assistant Store Manager **who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference

Based at the
**Highpoint **store and reporting to the Store Manager, to succeed in this role you will need to be:

- Creative individual with a flair for fashion
- Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
- Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
- Confident in leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximise the stores performance
