It’s exciting times at Simon Curwood Jewellers with our brand new store just opened in Highpoint. We are the largest custom design jewellers in the country, offering world class services.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an engaging leader with previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment to join our brand new **Highpoint** store on a **full** **time** basis.

**The Position**

As our **Assistant Store Manager, **you will drive our team to achieve optimum sales profitability, by meeting sales targets both individually and collectively. You will also:

- Proactively communicate with our clients instore and over the phone
- Create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards
- Providing outstanding customer service and memorable in-store experience at all times
- Creativity in designing a client’s unique piece of jewellery
- Provide assistance to the Store Manager for operational requirements
- Applicants from all backgrounds, mature aged workers or return to work mums are encouraged to apply. _

**About You**
- Experience in retail with a proven track record achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Driven to perform, meet performance targets and uphold service standards
- Be an energetic, passionate and hands-on leader
- Keen eye and interest in the retail jewellery industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
