**In this role, you will** be responsible for**:

- Process and knowledge improvement for the overall team with demonstrable increases in efficiency and accuracy
- Compliant with all required NAB policies, procedures and standards including integrity requirements
- Resolving customer issues and events and taking steps to ensure mistakes are not repeated
- Inspire and manage ~ 30 FTE to deliver a stress free and seamless customer and colleague experience
- Monitor service delivery to standards and assess process effectiveness
- Deliver and manage the operational requirements and outcomes of the team to the agreed metrics/objectives

**What you’ll bring...**
- Extensive operational Banking/Financial Services experience
- Deep understanding of **Markets** environment including the risk frameworks
- Proven Leadership experience to inspire, engage and lead a large team to deliver high performance business outcomes
- Customer driven and commercial approach to business in a results focused environment
- Proven experience in business transformation delivery; managing and delivering a range of competing stakeholder
- Strong, effective communication, problem solving, prioritisation and influencing skills
