Overview:
**Position Overview**:
This is an individual role and will be wholly accountable for the Supply Chain activities and performance for the Australian and New Zealand markets. This includes importation, warehousing, distribution and order fulfilment via a 3rd party logistics service provider management in Australia and oversees the direct order fulfilment of CORDIS products from our Global Distribution & Replenishment Centre (GDRC) in the US into New Zealand.
- In general terms we are looking for an individual experienced in driving an operations and supply chain model which will give structure and direction to the expansion of the base business along with future new products.
- This individual will have medical device or consumer goods experience with the set up and management of supply chain and related operational functions of a scaling organization. It is important that this individual has experience in dealing with these functions although does not need to be an SME in all areas.- The individual will interface with regional commercial teams to be aware of marketplace demands and future business trends which might impact supply chain and its management.
- This role will also be tasked with managing existing supply chain, distributors and 3PL relationships across the various geographies in scope and will be responsible for the evolution of the processes and ways of workings as necessary for commercial success.
- Partner effectively with the commercial teams, IT, finance, quality, regulatory, legal and compliance and other functions within the business and across multiple geographies.

- Drive and support the team, including outsource partners, to successfully govern and execute underlying processes necessary to facilitate order to cash (customer ordering, fulfillment and invoicing) as well as commercial operations (commercial support and data management)
- Support in building a highly effective team with a winning culture and mindset
- Lead successful integration of business expansion opportunities and other growth projects
- Maintain a proper internal control environment over processes and data
- Ensure positive customer experience in an efficient and cost effective manner
- Effectively use metrics to inform day-to-day business activities as well as management communications on overall health of processes and operational performance
- Ensure CORDIS, distributors and outsource partners are properly trained on process, policies and technology
- Enable front line customer service agents to consistently meet customer needs and establish business policies and metrics as needed with outsource partners
- Advise management of changing needs of customer base and recommend process, system, organization changes to accommodate customer requirements and increase productivity and support continued growth

- University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Generally requires 10+ years related experience
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast and dynamic organization while maintaining strong controls over details to support decisions
- Experience in delivering results through others
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
- Effective in structuring, analyzing and understanding data
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Fluent English. Additional language(s) a plus
- Approximately 10% travel
