Join a global pharmaceutical business as their Supply Chain Manager on a permanent basis in their team in Sydney, in a hybrid role that offers excellent remuneration.

**Your new role**

In your new role as supply chain manager, you’ll manage strategic supply chain operations across the ANZ region, and the supply chain team. Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the demand planning process for ANZ, communicating with global supply chain teams to ensure necessary stock availability, and seeking means to increase forecast accuracy.
- Management of third-party logistics providers, monitoring inventory on-hand, ensuring adequate safety stock levels, and looking for areas for improvement and cost-minimisation.
- Stock replenishment for the entire ANZ network, across both wholesaler and third-party DCs to ensure adequate stock availability and meet contractual customer SLAs.
- Working with suppliers directly, sourcing new vendors, establishing KPIs for third-party providers and making sure these are upheld, highlighting, and resolving supply issues where possible.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical space, with demonstrated knowledge across demand & supply planning, 3PL management, inventory control and logistics.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track-record of building successful relationships with wholesalers, vendors, supplier, and key internal stakeholders. The role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, so experience in this area will be highly regarded.
- Strong IT skills, with ERP systems experience and high-level Excel required, relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study will be advantageous.
