We’re at the start of our journey of helping small business owners make better business decisions and we plan to scale quickly. We see this role as integral to our ability to building a first-class team. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our recruitment strategy, primarily within the accounting and sales industries. Day to day this means:

- Working with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Drafting job advertisements
- Screening, shortlisting and interviewing applicants
- Proactively building and engaging our talent pools
- Supporting the greater Talent function with onsite onboarding activities

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney, NSW 2060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
