Reporting into the Planning Manager, this is an incredible opportunity to join a business passionate about each individual’s personal and professional development.

**The Role**:

- Ensure stock levels are maintained by monitoring and replenishing stock levels in our warehouse and stores for both indent and BSR/Replenishment lines in conjunction with the Planning Manager
- Maintain system stock allocation software including replenishment parameters in conjunction with the Planning Manager
- Ensure deliveries are within agreed time frames into stores
- Reporting of any known stock shortages / surpluses upon delivery into stores
- Manage timing, process & logistics of the stock take function for all stores and warehouse in conjunction with the Merchandise Coordinator
- Conduct periodic stock takes when required in retail stores and 3PL warehouse in conjunction with the Merchandise team
- Demonstrate stock taking procedures to retail sales staff and Regional Managers
- Run snapshot and process results at head office in conjunction with the Merchandise Coordinator
- Manage stock take variance reporting to balance book and count quantities in conjunction with the Merchandise team
- Update stock levels in proprietary system

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Relevant tertiary or related qualifications are preferred
- Finance, accounting, commerce degree desirable
- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience allocating within a retail environment
- Highly developed analytical and practical skills and a quick study in new systems
- Proficient to intermediate skills in Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to team members at all levels
