This is an exciting opportunity to join the fast-paced retail industry as an
Allocator

, playing a crucial role in optimising product allocation and distribution to ensure the efficient delivery of our products to customers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysing sales data and forecasting demand to determine optimal product allocation across our retail channels
  • Collaborating with our buying and merchandising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and product placement
  • Monitoring stock levels and adjusting allocations in response to changing trade conditions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline our allocation processes
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis to support decision-making
  • Mentoring and training more junior members of the planning team

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail planning or allocation role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficient in the use of planning and allocation software, such as RMS and Excel Advanced
  • Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics or a related field is highly desirable
  • Passion for the retail industry and a drive to optimise operations and drive business growth
