**1 x Shared Services Support Officer**
- **Pay rate: $39.15 per hour + super**:

- **Immediate Start - 3 months with potential to extend**:

- **35 hours per week, regular business hours**:

- **Location: Wagga Wagga**

Experience in a similar role within a call centre environment is necessary.

**The role**:

- Provide consistent high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal customers and external customers
- Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records and databases in the inhouse systems
- Process a range of transactions across the service line accurately
- Other administrative duties as required
- This role is based in Wagga Wagga and part of a small team of 6.
- This is a hybrid role after the initial training period (which is about a month in the office working alongside a trainer/buddy).
- Once trained, the contractor can work 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH
- Hours are either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

**Skills/Experience**

The Shared Services Support Officer will often be the first point of contact. It is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service treating customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.
- 2-3 years experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Strong and accurate date entry skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using multiple computer-based systems and ability to learn new systems with ease
- Proficient in telephony systems
