**The Company**
Our client is a Tier 1 FMCG business that has experienced exceptional growth continuing to gain market share from competitors. They have a number of state-of-the-art distribution facilities that manages the movement of their complex and high SKU range of products through diverse sales channels. This business has rapidly carved out a significant market share, becoming one of the leading companies in Australia. As a result of this continued growth they have a need to recruit a Workforce Planning Manager that will have accountability across the resourcing and scheduling of team members across their flagship site.

**The Role**
- Accountability across resourcing and scheduling responsibilities of the wider team, including all aspects of workforce planning in line with best practice. This can include; ensuring that teams are adequately resourced to meet targets and exceed service levels, manage and mitigate areas of concern/gaps in planning and have a focus towards continuous improvement streamlining processes where necessary to enhance operational excellence.
- Completing data analysis activities to identify potential gaps and areas of improvement minimising the risk of bottlenecks and being an active contributor to planning discussions.
- Maintaining and establishing key stakeholder relationships across all levels.
- Problem solving in a pressured environment under tight time frames.

**Your Background**
**In order to be successful in this role you will;**
- Have at least 2-3 years experience in the Workforce Planning/Allocations space preferably from an FMCG based or similar industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience in maintaining positive workforce planning outcomes.
- Be highly ambitious, passionate and willing to develop the planning function
- Be resilient with strong problem solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast pace role
