As our **Maintenance Coordinator**in allnex, you’ll be the go-to person for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll balance office-based planning with hands-on fieldwork, leading a dedicated team of 4 skilled tradespeople and managing specialized contractors to deliver timely, high-quality maintenance. If you’re a natural organizer with a knack for troubleshooting and leadership, this could be your next exciting step **Responsibilities**: - Create and maintain a weekly maintenance plan, covering preventive, corrective, and predictive tasks. - Prioritize work orders based on safety, operational needs, and available resources. - Align maintenance schedules with production plans to minimize downtime. - Coordinating maintenance activities and serve as the main contact for all maintenance-related matters. - Managing Resources: oversee spare parts and materials, including procurement and inventory. - Help maintain an efficient inventory tracking system and reorder critical items as needed. - Request and manage permits to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely. - Data Management and Reporting: keep detailed records of maintenance activities in the CMMS system. - Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - Ensure all maintenance work follows safety protocols and legal requirements. - Conduct risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture. - Develop maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and support sustainability. - Drive Continuous Improvement to boost efficiency, such as increasing “wrench time". **Required skills and experience**: - Proven experience in maintenance coordination and/or planning & scheduling within an industrial or manufacturing environment. - Proficiency with CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo). - Strong organisational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) and failure mode analysis. - Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. - Knowledge of sustainability practices and their integration into maintenance operations. **Qualifications**: - Trade certification or technical qualification in engineering, maintenance, or a related field. **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
