We have some great opportunities now available for graduates from IT, business, marketing, computer science and related fields to join our Melbourne based team.
In the role, you will be the point-of-contact for our sales teams and serve as an internal business partner to other functional teams.
Working closely with your colleagues, the role will build up your sales support and customer service skills. You will be able to learn and understand the technologies of various products and services that we offer our customers (partners). The role will be focused on communicating through a variety of means to provide outstanding service, support and responses to our customers.
We will train you on our processes, systems and the knowledge of the products and services you will sell to our customers to ensure you are highly effective in your role.
Once trained, you will provide quotes and sales order processing for IT/ tech products and services. You will be responsible for managing and growing the relationships for your assigned customers. Having acquired the relevant technology knowledge, you will be able to provide customers with information and guidance for solutions including cross selling and upselling. And with additional training, you will learn more on freight, currency/ exchange rates, payment terms and insurance options for our customers.
Our role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow but also opportunities after gaining suitable experience and knowledge to advance to other sales roles.
**Skills and Experience**
We are looking for individuals with a university degree (in the above areas) or TAFE certification. You will need to be proactive, very customer focused, a relationship builder and be able to demonstrate these skills in the role.
Communicating professionally to a wide range of customers and attention to detail skills are key to being successful in the role.
You will at times be working autonomously so an ability to self manage yourself, your work and your time will be key for this role.
Previous experience on CRM/ ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP would be preferred but is not essential.
