Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a leading manufacturing brand in Mulgrave on a permanent basis.

**The Company**

Our client, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration, cooking, baking, and warewashing equipment are on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This rapidly growing organisation has offices across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and USA, and are excited to expand their customer service team with a standout individual that can hit the ground running.

**The Role**

This role is a fast-paced, and varied opportunity where no two days are the same. In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

- Manage the sales orders process and process orders accurately in SAP.
- Proactively liaise with all departments to ensure customer orders are delivered to the customer as expected and required.
- Daily reporting as directed.

- Produce daily Sales Order reports and other management reporting as directed.
- Handle existing orders, deliveries, stock availability and product enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- General ad-hoc administration and office support.

**Your Profile**

You have demonstrated Customer Service experience, with keen problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers.

Key selection criteria include:

- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
- ERP experience essential
