Tasks
About the Role
As an Administration Support / Sales Officer, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our clinic. You will:
**Champion Client Acquisition**:

- Confidently connect with potential clients and referral sources to showcase the value of our services
- Skillfully convert inquiries into appointments, guiding individuals towards the support they need
- Contribute to the development and execution of impactful sales strategies
- Track sales metrics and identify areas for optimization

**Elevate the Client Experience**:

- Be a welcoming presence, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client journey
- Efficiently manage appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate client records with the utmost confidentiality
- Support marketing initiatives and social media engagement
- Contribute to a positive and organized clinic environment

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software
- Up-to-date A Working with Children Check (WWC) and Australian National Police Check
