**About the Role**:
The Procurement Officer provides centralized procurement support to university stakeholders, handling activities such as organizing quotations, purchase requisitions, invoice matching, and end-of-month/year administration.

The role ensures compliance with university policies, maintains integrity in procurement processes, and supports the organization’s goals for social, environmental, and financial sustainability.

**This position is being offered on full-time fixed basis for 2 years at the HEP 5 Classification Level, Salary range $73,852 - $84,831 per annum, plus 17% Superannuation. The position is located at Footscray Park Campus.**

With proven experience in centralized procurement operations, you excel in both independent and collaborative settings, possessing exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and a strong capacity to thrive in a busy, demanding, and highly transactional environment.
