Skills & Experience:- 2 years minimum customer service experienced (desirable)- Past experience in digital marketing (desirable)- Active personal profiles on all if not most Social Media platforms.- Communications, Media and or Marketing experience (desirable)- Previous experience with Lithium Social Media Tool (desirable)- Substantial experience within a similar role- Experience working directly with clients- Proven experience working in a high volume, high pressure customer contact centre environment and/or retail/store environment

Essential Requirements- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills- Proficient written and oral communication skills- Sound business acumen- Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers- Efficient and accurate typing ability- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion- Addresses and resolves conflict constructively- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
