**About the role**:
We currently have an opportunity for a Consultant who will support the Digital Sales strategy, drive optimisations across NAB’s public website and secure channels, and identify feature enhancements with a goal to drive an increase in Digital Sales both in volume and in channel share.

In addition, this role will prioritise and be accountable for the benefits of features of key initiatives that relate to the digital sales experience and will drive the delivery of the customer experience for these initiatives.

**Further responsibilities will include**:

- Support transformation and revenue growth across the digital portfolio
- Support delivering end-to-end digital sales strategy for portfolio products
- Achieving the digital sales portfolio targets to drive increases in channel revenue contribution
- Supporting the delivery of agreed improvements and projects outlined in the digital sales roadmap on time, to budget and to quality standards leveraging enterprise resources as appropriate
- Conducting test and target programs across digital assets to achieve financial targets
- Ongoing data analysis of NAB’s key digital sales pathways and performance to inform opportunities for optimisation
- Assisting with identifying new digital channels that can be utilised for Sales / Adoption
- Identify best practice experiences externally from NAB/Financial Industry and bring back to NAB’s customer experience
- Developing strategic rationale and recommendation, to be presented to senior NAB stakeholders for approval
- Developing financial rational and models to support decision
- Work closely with key stakeholders of the funnel (Product and Marketing) to drive improvements across the whole E2E sales funnel
- Supporting emerging/new Digital channels

**What you will bring**:
To be successful in the role you will have experience in funnel conversion optimisation, understanding what drives all parts of the E2E sales funnel as well as experience in digital analytics (utilizing Adobe, Tableau, Google Analytics). Further to this you will have:

- A proactive focus on the customer and driving outcomes
- Strong collaboration and engagement for flexible modes of working
- A mindset of continuous improvement and innovation
- Role-modelling of agile ways of working, including sharing methodology and best practices
