
Technical Sales Representative

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services, managing key accounts, and supporting clients with technical solutions across the mining and civil industries.
You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners such as consulting engineers, decision-makers, and industry associations.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Provide comprehensive sales support to key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers involved in the specification and selection of admixtures.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
- Represent Master Builders Solutions at industry events, product trials, demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to promote the full product range, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate regularly with customer service and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.
- Actively seek opportunities to specify MBS admixture products such as fibres and water-proofers in projects with key customers, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
**Requirements**:
- Travel between Perth metro sites and regional WA locations as required
- Outgoing personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong practical sense and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of Construction industry/processes/technologies.
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work closely with a supportive team and willingness to undergo training.
- Positive outlook, good work ethic, and ability to build relationships.
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
**Qualifications**:
- University graduates keen on entering the workforce and launching a career in the construction industry are encouraged to apply.
- Trades/Construction workers interested in transitioning into sales are also welcome.
