**The Opportunity**

The Billing & Finance Coordinator at this global firm will coordinate with lawyers and legal assistants, all aspects of the production and finalisation of invoices for the Asia Pacific region. This position will work closely with another Billing & Finance Coordinator and will support the preparation and processing of invoices and play a pivotal role in assisting with the streamlining of this process and ensuring timelines to the billing process are being met ahead of time. In addition to this role, you will support the Head of Administrative Services with general accounting tasks. With a varied workload, your day-to-day duties will include (however not restricted to):

- Working collaboratively with the other Billing & Finance Coordinator in the preparation of monthly invoices for Partner review
- Setting up new clients and monitoring the billing rate of lawyers
- Basic financial reporting, as required
- Achieve monthly billing targets as set by the head office in the US
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Supporting Payroll processing
- General admin and finance tasks as required

**Exceptional Legal Finance and Billing Support Required**

This position calls for an experienced Legal Billing/Finance Coordinator, looking for their next opportunity. You could also be an experienced legal assistant, who has a keen eye for figures and detail and open to transitioning into finance. With solid legal administration skills, a polished phone manner and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you will also need to have:

- At least 2 years’ experience with legal billing/finance
- iManage and Elite/Adarent (would be ideal)
- Solid Microsoft office skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally had some exposure to training professionals on the billing process and implementing new processes
- A desire to continue building your legal support career.
