We are currently seeking an **Experienced Administrator/Receptionist** to become a key part of our dynamic head office team. As a FinTech business, we rely heavily on technology and efficient communication. This role requires someone highly organised, tech-savvy, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Front desk reception duties, including greeting clients and answering telephone calls professionally
- High-volume, high-accuracy data entry
- Administrative support to internal departments
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
- Ad hoc tasks as required to assist the team
**Key Skills & Attributes**:
- Proven experience in administration and reception roles
- High-level data entry accuracy and speed
- Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast learner with initiative and adaptability
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong computer skills; experience with cloud-based systems preferred (training available)
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within the company
