**About the role**:
In this exciting role as a Marketing Manager for Fosroc, you will be part the leadership team and responsible for leading teams and projects using your influencing skills and marketing strategies to achieve best business outcomes. You will be joining a business that is experiencing growth a truly exciting market. This a marquee Marketing role in the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling multiple projects stage to gate
- Coach and mentor a small team and work closely with other business functions
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Achieve agreed sales revenue, gross margin, profit and expense targets through delivering on the sales plan and developing further sales opportunities;
- Play a key role in critical business improvement initiatives

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong team leadership experience and strategic planning skills
- Strong project management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or any other related discipline
- Commercially minded, inquisitive and motivated to understand our customers
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written, verbal communication and influencing skills
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, management and interpersonal skills
