Lead - Safety Health and Wellbeing

SYNOPSIS:
**About the Opportunity**

In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of our Safety Management System, ensuring the organisation remains compliant with all relevant legislation and industry standards. You’ll partner with senior leaders and operational teams to foster a positive safety culture, proactively manage risks and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence. **Salary**:$120,000.00 - $145,600.00 + 11.5% super

**Employment Type**:3 Year Fixed Term, Full Time

**What Are We Looking For**
- A passionate and experienced Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) leader with a track record of driving safety culture and delivering best-practice safety outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and demonstrated experience in managing compliance, risk, and incident investigations.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
