**This is a permanent full-time role.**
**The role**:
- Manage a weekly tail portfolio supporting injured workers through their claim journey.
- Identify opportunities to drive better claims outcomes for the injured workers, reviewing treatment plans and liaising with medical practitioners.
- Proactive engage with all internal & external stakeholders to ensure the best quality customer service is delivered.
- Manage payments and ensure files are updated and task actions timely.
**About you**
- An experienced case manager with workers compensation case management knowledge from any NSW scheme.
- You will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes.
- You will excel in speaking to people and be a strong verla & written communicator, providing consistent updates.
- Have a genuine, caring nature that puts people at the heart of what you do.
- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation.
