Coda and Tonka are both hatted restaurants, offering warm and intimate environments, both with a casual but sophisticated feel. Located in vibrant Flinders Lane, Coda’s menu is inspired by French Vietnamese flavours, whilst Tonka is a modern interpretation of the Indian classics.

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join, contribute to, and grow our carefully curated beverage selection. Our award-winning list is considered and matched to our venue’s culinary offerings. It is built on the foundation of a local and international selection of wines, beers, aperitifs and spirits.

What you can offer us:
An understanding of POS systems would be favourable, but not critical
- A keen desire to understand and develop your wine palate
- An ability to work across a diverse range of roles
- Strong section waiter skills
- Stocktaking / stock control experience would be favourable
- A love of great food and wine
