**The Client**
Our Client is is the Australian Government lead agency for cyber security.

**The Role**
Our client has an ongoing requirement for a Business Change Practitioner to work in support of a Cyber Program on complex projects within an integrated workforce.

Business Change Practitioners will work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand, analyse and define the change vision and process for change. They will create and maintain strong relationships and add value across the organisation through the definition of change impact assessments, current and future state descriptions and business benefit documents.

Indicative duties include, but are not limited to:

- Defining the programme benefits, assessing progress towards realisation and implementing change to achieve improvements in business operations
- Briefing stakeholders and various Agency Boards and forums on planned Change
- Responsible for monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures within the organisation
- Delivering change within Agile Delivery and Agency Governance frameworks

**About You**
- A minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in change management;
- Collecting and analysing data to provide 'as is' and 'to be' descriptions as well as the change gap;
- Demonstrated experience preparing high quality documentation
- Providing advice on change management processes and methods;
- Proven cability to identify and engage effectively with stakeholders, conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews and meetings;
- Proven self-management skills + ability to influence others and achieve common goals

You must hold a Baseline Security Clearance to apply, NV1 Security Clearance highly regarded.
