Australian Federal Government Agency has a requirement for an experienced** Consultancy Business Design and Change **in Canberra or Brisbane.

**Role Summary**:
Design and delivery of an architecture-driven Business Design and Change, that connect with the Department's business planning and operating model as well as enterprise wide integration functions in the Department's strategic centre. This will include the development architecture design principles and strategic drivers for future state business design.

Deliver divisional projects (including all necessary actions to plan, research, develop, draft, consult, manage, present, publish and store);
Assure program and strategy achievement;
Support delivery and capability uplift excellence and communities of practice;
Provide management information to support executive decision making.

Provide change management and communications required to ensure effective capability implementation.

**Responsibility**:
Support and guide the development of the Department business architecture and business target operating model.

Business Design and Change services for the Business Design and Change and support the delivery of the organisational change model work streams.

Communicate effectively on portfolio performance and progress matters along with investment priorities.
