The Role

Our Penrith 2750 site is in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products. The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year - receiving and processing milk 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days a year We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.

Work within tight knit and supportive technical team while being given the responsibility to manage your own workload and time. Play a key role in the site operation ensuring our environmental and quality systems are maintained while identifying opportunities across the site to improve knowledge of regulatory and corporate requirements.

This role has the flexibility to work from site and work from home.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accreditation requirements and technical standards- Be the quality, waste and environmental champion on site ensuring awareness of requirements- Be the SEQIS super suer and provide training and development in the sue of the system- Actively engage in the resolution of customer complaint including creating measure to avoid repeat occurrences- Coordinate audits both internal and external- Coordinating feedback to vendors when supplied materials are of substandard quality and liaising required preventative actions internally and externally

About you- Tertiary qualification in Food Science or related field or relevant work experience- Previous Exposure to relevant food practices HACCP / GMP / SQF /ISO22000- Proficient knowledge in SEQIS- Passionate about building relationships with a variety of stakeholders- Experience in auditing process and hosting auditors on site
