**Our Client**:
Our client is a Nationally run Government agency whose mission is to provide Australian's access to services and support to improve their quality of life. They currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6-month contract.

**About the role**

**You would be involved in**:

- Providing support to the ICT Project Manager and key stakeholders
- Delivering IT consultancy and guidance to staff
- Leading testing and coordination of system changes and release
- Creating and manage training sessions
- Managing incidents and work towards a resolution
- Planning, manage and coordinate project implementations
- Delivering business solutions through risk and quality management

**To be successful for the role, you would ideally**:

- Previous experience in Release, Incident and Change Management
- Proven stakeholder/vendor management experience
- Have strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Previous experience working with a government agency
