About the Role

The Network Optimisation Lead is accountable for overseeing the development maintenance of network models and tools, identifying optimisation opportunities, and executing initiatives across the business.

The role will ensure recommendations align with the Bega Logistics Teams key KPIS of safety, service, and quality at the lowest cost.

Responsibilities- Lead team of analyst through coaching, priorities, engagement and collaboration- Lead and execute network optimisation change initiatives, working across functions to embed knowledge and effective change- Identify cost opportunities in the current Logistics Network, balancing service, safety and quality.- Accountable for the integrity and accuracy of all team outputs aligns with logistics optimisation teams standards and logistics strategic initiatives, in a timely manner

About you- Experience developing Financial and Network models.- Sound knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and logistics.- Ideally have leadership experience and have a passion for imparting knowledge to other team members, and provide continuous improvement thinking- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or Logistics specific.- Must have good skills in Power BI and Excel (Power Query)
