We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven **Store Manager** to take charge of the store’s overall operations and performance.

**Role**: Full-time
**Location**: Ashfield NSW 2131
**Salary Range**: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

**Main Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and promotional strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Maintain and implement improvements with the store product mix to meet customer demand and business goals.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and product range to maintain availability and reduce waste.
- Direct staff development, training, and performance to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Analyse sales reports and financial results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, Work Health & Safety, and Food Safety standards.
- Coordinate marketing and in-store promotional activities consistent with franchisor guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold high standards of presentation and service.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior retail management role within a busy retail or service environment.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations, achieve targets, and ensure compliance with retail standards.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
