Position Summary:
The Store All-Rounder is a multifaceted role focused on delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently managing the daily operations of the store. This position includes responsibilities such as stock refill, inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining an organized and attractive store environment. The All-Rounder plays a critical role in ensuring that products are readily available and that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Perform regular stock refills to ensure shelves are well-stocked and product availability meets customer demand.
- Manage inventory by receiving shipments, organizing stockrooms, and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including displays, stock areas, and customer service zones.
- Assist in visual merchandising by arranging products attractively to promote sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Support team members in achieving sales targets and store goals through collaboration and effective communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Participate in promotional events and sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and store performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ashfield NSW 2131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Tagalog (required)

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
