TANHRI Pty Ltd t/a 7-Eleven Ashfield is a well-established convenience store operating since 2010 and is part of Australia's leading convenience and fuel retail network. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to take charge of the store's overall operations and performance.

Role: Full-time

Location: Ashfield NSW 2131

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

Main Duties:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and promotional strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Maintain and implement improvements with the store product mix to meet customer demand and business goals.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and product range to maintain availability and reduce waste.
  • Direct staff development, training, and performance to maintain service quality and compliance.
  • Analyse sales reports and financial results to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, Work Health & Safety, and Food Safety standards.
  • Coordinate marketing and in-store promotional activities consistent with franchisor guidelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold high standards of presentation and service.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior retail management role within a busy retail or service environment.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage operations, achieve targets, and ensure compliance with retail standards.
