The **APS4 Procurement and Budget Officer** role reports to the EL1 Budget and Procurement Team Leader within the Financial Service Branch.

The Procurement responsibilities of this role include:

- Publish contracts and amendments on AusTender through Technology One.
- Monitor and process CDPP’s e-procurement workflow task inbox via the CDPP’s contract management system (Technology One).
- Assist internal stakeholders with the e-Procurement system.
- Monitor and respond to general procurement enquires via the CDPP’s procurement mailbox.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including from other government entities.
- Assist with contract register reporting as required.
- Facilitate with the administration of Cabcharge and Lounge membership arrangements for the CDPP.
- Support with other procurement related tasks as required.

There will be opportunities to assist the team with budget processes (external and internal) and management financial reporting including:

- Enter internal budgets into CDPP’s FMIS (Technology One).
- Enter external budget estimates into the Department of Finance FMIS (CBMS).
- Assist with providing advice on a range of finance related topics.
- Support as required with other finance related compliance reporting including Questions-on-Notice, annual report and senate estimates briefs.
