- 3113My People Solutions Recruitment are currently seeking to fill a number of full time, part time, contract and casual **Disability Support Workers who have experience of working with people with complex disabilities including Diabetes Management, Seizure & Epilepsy Support, Mealtime Management & Dysphagia, Advanced Manual Handling, Medication Administration and** **who are committed to delivering quality care for their clients, to **work across North & East Melbourne metro area.**

Our client has a variety of roles and shifts including long shifts day and evening, sleepover shifts, short morning shifts, daytime shifts, short evening shifts, weekends only for both 1:1 in home and in community support and 1:1, 1:2 & 1:3 SIL house vacancies. They also have one team leader vacancy for those looking to progress their careers.

**NDIS WORKER SCREENING CHECK, MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION CERTIFICATE, CAR & CAR LICENCE ESSENTIAL**

If you have at least 2 years' experience working with high intensity level supports **and all your documents** (including a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check) **please contact us immediately.**

**Requirements**:

- Suitable applicants will have:
- At least 2+ years' experience of working with high intensity clients.
- Medication Administration Certificate & a good knowledge & understanding of successfully working within a delegation of care model.
- Experience of working with people with Diabetes, Epilepsy, Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Health, Dementia & Advance Manual Handling Supports, Behaviours of Concern, Restrictive Practices, Autism Level 3 (Children & Adults) required.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
- A current Police Check, Vaccinations (including COVID), CPR & First Aid & the right to work in Australia.
- Driving Licence and access to a reliable car are essential.
- Cert III Individual Supports, Cert IV Disability and / or Mental Health Care Qualification, is expected.
- Integrity, honesty & reliability is critical for this role.

**NOTE**:All the roles available include some level of personal care and assistance as a standard part of the support worker's role.
