Advance Support Co. Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider, and we are excited to offer an opportunity for experienced and qualified Disability Support Workers to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Croydon, Victoria.

You will be part of a great team supporting three wonderful participants in their brand-new, purpose-built, modified home. We are looking for caring, reliable, and experienced support workers who are passionate about making a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care, assistance with transfers, and mobility support.
  • Supporting participants with meal preparation and mealtime assistance.
  • Facilitating community access, social outings, and in-home activities.
  • Assisting with all aspects of daily living to promote independence, comfort, and quality of life.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field.
  • Current mandatory checks (NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, First Aid/CPR).
  • Experience supporting people with neurological disabilities is highly regarded.
  • Applicants with nursing qualifications or clinical experience will be considered favourably.
  • A compassionate, professional, and team-focused approach.
