**Excel as a Personal Assistant to Mental Health Directors in SALHN**

This role involves providing confidential executive assistant services to the Nursing Director and Allied Health Director of Statewide Mental Health Services at SALHN. It requires effective management of the directors' day-to-day and strategic activities while working with mínimal supervision. The personal assistant serves as the first point of contact, necessitating effective communication with various stakeholders, including the CEO's office, ministerial staff, health department personnel, SALHN staff at all levels, patients, relatives, external agencies, media, and Flinders University staff, all while exercising discretion, impartiality, and tact.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Regional Admin Manager, some of your duties as the personal assistant may involve:

- Ensuring that relevant reports, submissions and other documentation are provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- All forms of correspondence are received, recorded, processed and followed up.
- Providing support to the Mental Health Services (MHS) Intranet web page by undertaking the responsibility of publishing information on the MHS Intranet site.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in business or similar.
- Previous experiene working in a health environment.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Ability to use, initiate and response appropriately in the absence of the Directors.
- High level ability to prepare letters, memoranda and reports on behalf of the 3 Directors and the relaying of accurate messages.
