As the Relieving Administrative Officer, you will be part of a casual pool of administrative employees who work intermittently within the SAPOM Division, to fill gaps left by short term leave shortages. You will be accountable for day-to-day activities to the Administration Manager SAPOM via the Nurse Unit Manager, Head of Unit or Administrative Managers. You can be allocated to work across the various locations within the SAPOM Division and performs general administrative and clerical duties pertaining to the management of patients in the ward/unit/area. In this role you will assist Nursing and Medical staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the ward/unit/area and provides a customer focused service for patients, families and staff.
