Our Major Infrastructure Construction client is seeking a Workshop/Admin to join their team in Hazelmere. This is an ongoing assignment.

**WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATOR**

**Start: ASAP**

Location: Hazelmere

Hours: Full time - Mon - Fri (38 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: Approx $35 - $37 ph+ Super

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Be an integral part of a dedicated team who loves to achieve
- Ensure timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process for the warehouse
- Prepare invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
- Ability to participate in stock takes
- Maintain regular communications to the customer and internal departments on stock requirements
- Assist in the management of the return stock process in accordance with the company guidelines

**Experience Required**
- Experience in a Workshop Purchasing / Automotive support role
- Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Ensure timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process
- Prepare invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
- Excellent time management with the ability to multitask
- Excellent organisational skills
- Current and valid Driver's Licence
