
Workshop Administrator

**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Reception duties; manage & distribute calls, first point of contact
- Liaise with internal & external parties
- Enter timesheets; meeting payroll deadlines
- Process leave request forms
- Data entry
- Raise requisitions
- Organise office equipment; ordering stationary and other requirements
- Attend & participate in project/site meetings providing administrative support
- Maintain an accurate filing system
**To be successful the following is required**:
- 1-2 years in a similar position
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and multitask

Should you be successful in this role, you will be required to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test along with obtaining a National Police Clearance.
