**Our client URGENTLY requires a Transition Manager for 24-months + Contract in Canberra.**

The Transition Manager will be working closely with current Acquisition and Sustainment organisations to plan and implement the capability integration is maintained throughout transition.

**Skills and Experience required includes**:

- Minimum 5 years Transition or relevant Defence project experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant external stakeholder management and Logistics Management.
- Develop and deliver required Transition Plans and successfully conduct handover/takeover and commissioning of acquired systems.
- Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery.

**Must have a current NV1 security clearance.**
