**1. Barista / All-Rounder Crew Member**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Prepare each cup of Ning Ji lemon tea with precision and care, upholding the _“Ning Ji Standard.”_
- Provide warm and friendly service to every customer — be the “smiling face” of Ning Ji.
- Learn and master our full range of products to offer helpful recommendations.
- Handle daily store operations including preparation, cleaning, and cashier duties.
- Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and efficient environment.

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- (Most importantly) Is energetic, cheerful, and enjoys interacting with people.
- Has a passion for the food & beverage industry and is eager to learn handcrafted tea-making skills.
- Is detail-oriented, responsible, and maintains good hygiene practices.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Holds valid Australian working rights (student visa, work visa, or PR all welcome).

**Previous field experience and proficiency in Mandarin are required.**
