**Description**:
About the Team
The Support and Research Unit delivers evidence-based, quality supportive care services and programs that are sustainable, support the provision of optimal care and are accessible to all South Australians.
About the Role
Each shift is 7.5hrs with a 30min meal break. Shift times are 7am-2.30pm, 2.30pm to 10pm and 11am -6.30pm (mid shift) on weekends. When required undertake relief for the Night Duty Officer role (9.45pm-7.15am).
Responsible for the efficient operation of front desk reception services, including but not limited to:
Welcoming all guests and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service, orientating guests to site facilities and informing them of services available
Answering all incoming phone calls professionally and empathetically
Booking guest accommodation, processing arrivals, departures and preparing guest accounts utilising booking software (RMS)
Administering state travel subsidy schemes, including responding to guest queries and processing of payments
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
Experience in a fast-paced reception environment
Exceptional customer services skills
Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Highly organised, detail-oriented and proven ability to multi-task
Strong computer literacy
The role is being offered as a casual role.
